I called Shifflett HVAC at 9:00 am during a heat wave this year when the whole family woke up sweating - by noon we had to turn the air down! Couldn't believe the cost was as low as it was, we would've paid more just for the service alone. They got there and fixed everything like it was their home. I couldn't be happier that I found a reliable trustworthy HVAC company we can turn to. They get my HIGHEST ENDORSEMENT!

Justin was great, he came out and talked us through what could be wrong with our system. He not only explained it to my husband he also was very patient on explaining it to me in terms I could understand. We will 100% use him going forward.

I had my AC unit go bad and Shifflet was able to come out next day and take a look at it. He was able to give me multiple options on how it could be fixed or replaced. Ultimately, decide to replace the AC unit and it was installed within the next week! Great person to contact if you need something fixed for your AC!

This is the second time we've used Shifflett HVAC and both times were great experiences. A family member of ours used Shifflett too and they are very pleased. In July of 2022, our ac was failing due to its age of 20+years. We contacted Justin late one Friday afternoon and he arrived Saturday morning promptly. Justin provided several options and we chose to replace the ac and furnace. The equipment was ordered and installed within days! Justin and his crew were very knowledgeable and did a super job getting our new equipment installed and had us up and running within the same day. Justin was vey responsive to all my calls and messages. Shifflett HVAC offered the best price by far and did not undersized the unit and even set up the Wi-Fi thermostat for me.
